this is the post in which I drool over random photography things. But first.......;
How many more times do I have to say that I hate Internet Explorer? And not only because they have no spell check. It is soooooo slow!!!!!!!!!!!! Yucky ick yuck.
You know what? There are some really crazy new zoom thingys out there now! It is awesome! I want one sooooo bad! But first I need a new camera. Heeheehee...
Superzoom specialist Tamron announced the development of its most ambitious lens yet, the characteristically snappily-titled AF 18-270mm F/3.5-6.3 Di II VC LD Aspherical (IF) Macro. Designed exclusively for digital SLRs with APS-C sensors, this optic offers a 35mm-equivalent range of 28-419 mm, perfect for owners of megazoom compacts looking to upgrade to an SLR, and incorporates the company's 'Vibration Control' optical image stabilisation system. To achieve the spectacular zoom range (billed as the longest in the world 0_0 wow.),Tamron has used all its design nous, including the use of aspheric elements and low dispersion glass to keep chromatic aberration under control. Isn't that awesome?! I think so...
And here it is.... epicness.
I was reading my Photography magazine last night when I came across an article on this dude, I love him!!!!!! He is very cool. ^_^ He did all of these:
This is probably my favorite. It is so interesting, and every time you look at it, you find something you did not notice before. :D Plus, I really like the way the street looks. ^_^ All shiny. And the clouds. I love clouds. :D
This one is interesting, but not my favorite. Maybe it's just that I think it is kind of boring. :P
I thought this Tetris one was pretty awesome.
This is the first one that I saw.
I have seen this one before, but never really thought about it, other then the fact that it is cool. I just thoguht that someone had drawn or painted it. :P
Prett neat, huh? he has some really weird ones, but these are my favorites of all the ones that I have seen.
What is so cool about it is that looking at Erik Johansson's photo minipulations you may think of them as digital art and not actual photographs. But in fact, he explains, photography is one of the most important parts of his process- even if he uses the photos as raw material for his art. He said he began learning digital photography at fifteen. He lives in Sweden and is now 25. He said that photography is his way of expressing an idea. He will sketch the idea and then use photography and software to make it happen.
He was a former engineer student that has focused the past three years to optical illusions, using the realizim of photography to trick the eye. The pictures he makes require hundreds of photographs and may take him from three months to two years to make! He was inspired by M.C Escher. :D He'll make some sketches, plan his idea and begin taking pictures. It is more dificult then it sounds. He will combine the photos, you have to make sure you capture your elements in the same lighting, the same angle and even the same shadows! To get multiple perspectives on a scene, H'll shoot from different elevations. Using up to 100 layers, he adds photos in peice by piece. Certain objects require a lot of masking, such as with the water splashing out of the picture frame one. After that, he adjusts color tempatures across the layers, and then fine-tunes the contrast. He said that he loves the fact that he can imagine a drawing and then make it look exactly real. Digital photography and editing lets him do this. Isn't he sooooooooo cool?!?!?!?!
We are watching Finding Nemo. Are you doing anything for New Years? I wish we were, but alas. we are not. :P Just sitting here, eating junk food and watching movies. :) Wow, I have not put very many faces in this post!
This is a totaly different subject:
This mornign as I made myself some toast I was trying to figure out what I have been wanting to do lately. And I figured it out! I want to fly! In an airplane of course, but fly. I went once in a small airplane thing and will never ever ever forget that day. It was so awesome. I could see so far and I loved it. I had never flown before and it was wonderful. ^_^
Bye!
Have a nice New Years!

I am very angry at the.... umm.... well, actually, I am not sure what I am angry at. This is the second time I have done this post because the last one that I did, all the pictures didn't come up, what did was this stop sign that said that I had stolen the picture or something. I did not! I um.... took them off the internet when I searched them on the images place on Swagbucks. Gr.... and I actually put quite a bit of time into this post... It took me quite a while to find them all again. :/ :/ :/ You do not want to meet me up some dark alley right now. >:/
p.s Is is that my posts are getting boring or that everyone has no time..... I want comments! Pleeeaase? Comment saying whatever you want! Whatever! :D I bet I sound really desperate. XD
Nice collecting of photos! I had seen a few but some of those are awesome.
