Ramblings of a lazy blogger..

I know I have not posted a real post in far too long dear followers..So, as I sit in the depths of despair and darkness I offer you my utmost apology, pouring my very heart out and soaking my pillow with weeping...Either that I'm just stuck in my bedroom saying "sorry for not posting dudes" with a burnt out light bulb..Choose whichever story you see fit :P

Life has been pretty great lately :D Had some sad moments, some happy ones, goofy, amazing, and even bittersweet, But all in all...I'd have to say I had a great summer :D Right now I am studying (and studying..and studying...) to get into the collage of my dreams. Patrick Henry. I know I haven't been focusing on my school as much as I should if I really want to go there..But I'm going to try and work on that more in the following months :) I have some mixed feelings about the collage.. (seeing as it is in Virginia...) On one hand, I don't want to leave my friends, family, and half my life behind, and on the other hand my brain is telling me "Go for it! If you don't at least try, you'll really regret it in 5 years!" So..I've got a little blender in my head with a bunch of thoughts crammed in there spinning around :P

My camera broke..It wont recognize if there is a memory card in there..So now I am only using a phone camera that my friend Wesley gave me :) It has 5 megapixels, and works fine for me ;) Most of my recent pictures are on my Instagram...and I hardly do much with them now :P

Im officially going to be in Disneyland in 4 days!! I'm pretty excited about that :D I will be gone from the 6th-13th :D I will be there with Wesley, his family, my older sister Shay and her boyfriend, Benny :) Its gonna be a blast. (and I am going to take maaany pictures) ;)

Something else that I am wildly excited about is the fact that I get to go to a Blue October concert. Blue October is one of my favorite bands. (If not my favorite) Justin's music has so much feeling and heart...Its just amazing...and I am so happy that I get to see him in person :) I so wish I could meet him...And ya know what? Someday I will! Thats not even a maybe or a possible. I will meet Justin Furstenfeld if it kills me. :P

You see that face? That is the face of someone who literally pours every single feeling into their music. He's someone that I really admire, because despite his hurt and issues that he has to go through, he really does write music to help people in pain. He's the kind of person that I can really just describe as a beautiful person. Even if that does sound cheesy or anything. It's true.

On things like life :)

You know those times when life just seems to be going so great? You have great friends, awesome family, happy things, and totally amazing wonderful memories that flood to your head when you hear certain songs start to play...Life seems to be looking like that for me..I have recently re-connected with some friends I have not been talking to as much lately, I had an awesome weekend, and everything just seems to be looking up :) 

 Of course, there are a couple of annoying things..But not so much that they are gonna dampen my mood! ;) I got whiplash on Tuesday :P That's one of 'em :P Sure, it hurts..haha XD It doesn't make much  sense that I got it...It was from being in the back of an old school bus with no seat belts..and the driver went over a couple of speed bumps too fast and..yeah..haha :P 

 Iv'e also been missing California..I know I mentioned that a little bit ago..But its still true :P I miss the warmth, the beach, the sun, the..awesomeness :P It also doesn't help that I have been thinking about it more than usual ;) The weather here has been absolutely insane..I mean, it was (seriously) like this..Shorts one day...Snow the next.. Shorts the day after that...and then insane amounts of rain. Like that. Seriously. Now its raining again...I love rain, but this is a little crazy! haha 

I was recently going through and looking at some of my old pictures.. Some of them aren't so great..and some of them I'm still kinda happy with :P Maybe I'm just super picky... But I rarely like a picture I take :P

I want a cat so badly. Someday I will have one. Just so ya'll know ;)

I also miss Portland. I mean, I live close enough that I can just take the bus over there..But I have not been there for a while..:P Its seriously my happy place though..Someday, I will take all day and just walk around..Sit in a coffee shop and watch all the people pass by, drink some coffee and look at Pinterest ;D

But I have not really been doing much photography lately..So I don't have very many pictures that I can post :P I'm sure once it gets warmer..and the sun comes out I'll start taking more pictures..But for right now, my camera is just sitting in my room trying its best to look happy with a yellow smiley face sticker stuck to it ;) 

I am so looking forward to when the streets dry up, so I can get my skateboard out of my room and start riding it again :D

So right now I'm in bed...and no, not because I'm super lazy or anything, but because I'm sick :P Today has been the seventh day of being sick now...and I can't say I'm not looking forward to feeling better :P My (very cool, as I have already made pretty clear..) friends have been coming by anyways :) <3 I'll just drink more water, get more sleep and hopefully actually be able to stand up again sometime soon..:P :) 

BUT!!!!!

...I have news for you!!

My older sister, Shayleen has her now official boyfriend! His name is Benny, and I think he's pretty cool...and they are VERY cute. So. Now I no longer have to hide my girly squeals when he does something sweet and I am now able to fully tease them in public...Not that I actually tease them....oh well ;)

And I love 'em :)

He likes to tease me..and they can be very evil sometimes..haha XD 

Its not new news to just about everyone who knows us.. but facebook official? How aDORable.

My besties and I in the world of 2012:)

I've been thinking back about how much has changed for me this last year, there have been some really hard days, and some of the best days of my life. There have been tears, and like..stomach hurting laughter. Some of the changes have been for the better..and some I think I could've done without..But without me really realizing it,have probably been really good for me. 

There have been friends that I have gotten to be closer to than I could have ever expected..and there are friends I have lost. There are new people I have met, and people that have been there for me for years.

 I love you all!! 

My friends are the best people in the world. They make me scream, laugh, cry, worry, dance and go absolutely crazy :) I dont know what life would be like without them :D I remember when I didn't have any friends..But now I have more friends then I could have ever imagined! And I love every single one of them!! :)  They make me feel so loved, and so happy :) :D <3

I know that 2012 (that still sounds weird to me..) will have its good and bad times, but I have a really good feeling about it anyways:) I've got my amazing friends that are always there for me :)

So, Hello 2012! I know I should have said that on here about 17 days ago, but I was too busy saying goodbye to 2011 ;) 

I got to cross a lot of things of my bucket list, and I'm happy I got to do those new things :) From going to California for the first time to having frozen yogurt for the first time this year has been great :) 

My mom and dad have been the best, and the rest of my family have been here for me so much, from sitting with me and helping me through algebra to threatening to punch various guys.... My family is epic ;)

I'm gonna be really busy with various things this year! We are working on getting me to go to Debate Camp at Patrick Henry Collage in June! Ohmygosh. Me..In Virginia. All alone?! It'll be a whole new experience that will be both thrilling and exciting! :D That, and the fact that I am most likely going to Salem in April for Teen Pact (its on my 16th birthday!) I am also going to be doing some book club my mom told me about, and various classes that I am going to be taking for High School Credits. :) 

I am currently working at my school to get my grades up so I can possibly try and get into Patrick Henry (Oi! Its a great collage..and super tough to get into, so don't judge if I don't make it) If I do make it, I will be working on Debate, Journalism and possibly a couple of other things. 

Well, I've got things to do!

Life has been pretty good lately :D Its snowing outside, I have friends that mean everything to me, I have bubblegum, God, my amazing crazy family, and everything I could ever ask for :) :) 

I know I promised an interesting email..Sorry 'bout that :P

I got to go the NCFCA tournament earlier this month, which was totally awesome :D I got to talk to friends that I have not seen since April, so that was pretty awesome :) I think my facebook friends list went up about 15 people x) I love people..and hugs. I love how everyone hugs there..hahahahaha XD :D

I have not been keeping up on my photography. Yes. I fail. :P I'm gonna do that more now! :) 

I also got to go to an epic dance that Raquel and Anna put on! That was fun! :D 

New Years ROCKED!!! I got to go over and hang out with one of my friends! :D I played Rockband for the first time and totally sang for like..hours..Im just glad that they couldn't hear me..;) It was pretty awesome :D I got home so late and like, dropped on my bed..haha XD And..The next day was Sunday..I gotta say..Its hard to get up early when you stayed up till around 4am...lol! XD :D :) It was awesome :)

Thirty day challenge~Day five. :P and a photo shoot type of thingy.......

I am totally failing in this 30 day challenge thing.... : /

Day 05 - A picture of your favorite memory.

But I don't really have a favorite memory.... In a picture that is. I have many favorite memories, just not with pictures with them! Like the snow day, that was so fun, or that day that I went to Oaks Park with all my friends and then played games after at Benny

s house, or that day that AnnaLise and I walked around her neighborhood with Tara, Lindsey B and Christiana, and then Aaron came and we all watched TV and talked about Dr. Who and Bruis Willis... and that is not even counting the time that Hadley and Kake came over and we had a silly string war, or all the dances, or just hanging out after church with all my friends! O.O How can I just choose one?!?!?!?

I will just put this in, it is one of my favorite memories and I don't really have pictures of any others. :P

I did a little photo shoot thing with my little sister today. Well, not really little, but she is younger! :D

I am afraid they are not very good because (besides the fact that I am not a very good photographer) the lighting was bad... :P
